Breakfast was absolutely delicious! My wife and I each had the two eggs breakfast. We each tried with different meat and starch options so that we would have a variety to share: bacon, sausage, rye toast and English muffins. The food was not super greasy like most places I try. I really enjoyed the home fries with the light seasoning. Oh and the service was just amazing (thank you Amanda!) The next time we visit Belleville, we will definitely stop by the Harbour Cafe for breakfast or brunch!

We found a hidden GEM!! Our server Amanda was so sweet, probably the best lady we have had yet. There are a older clientele here and she is so patient..positive. We ordered the first mate’s breakfast..so good, lots of food if you are hungry and the pancakes are sooo fluffy, just like eating mini clouds of goodness! Would recommend 100%????

What a lovely little restaurant in an off the beaten path area. The lady who served us was sweet as pie, food exactly as we ordered! The place was very clean, and bathrooms spotless! Great quiet little place to have breaky at.

The food here is very basic, nothing special or outstanding. You also get incredibly small portions for what you pay. I asked for the chicken wrap with fries, I was given a small wrap barely filled with processed chicken from a pre-cooked package and less than 20 fries. Our waitress also didn't tell us the specials of the day and just stood beside us until we ordered without saying a word. She seemed unimpressed with us even being there to start with. The wooden chairs are incredibly uncomfortable with no back support.

I ate at this place within the last week with my husband and we had their loyalty card that each time you eat there youd get a stamp and after so many stamps you get a free meal. We had one more stamp we needed in order to get a free meal and we both ate there which counts as 2 stamps. Instead of giving us our free meal, they punched our old card and started a new card for us with 1 punch and told us that our next meal would be free, in my opinion that is absolute nonsense and we got ripped off of our free meal. We will never be returning to this place. Terrible customer service.

Cute little cafe. Quiet and quaint. Good menu selection. Ate there for breakfast. The portion sizes were enough to fill you but not make you feel stuffed which is just fine. There was care given in the presentation of the food as well which was a nice touch. Prices are reasonable and service was prompt. Will visit again.

This was my first visit here. Best omelette I have ever had (it was the Greek). The cook, Scott came out to answer my questions about how he does it. It was fresh and moist. Just really balanced and tasty. Service was fast and engaging....thx Fran and Amanda! The whole place was super clean and crisp looking. We will be back.

Very good food, small but friendly atmosphere, great breakfast options. Good prices! I had the breakfast panini and it was delicious and nutritious! You can even order 1 egg meals if that's all you want with your meal. I love the fact that they realize not everyone wants a huge breakfast.

We were looking for a quieter restaurant for a Sunday Brunch and a friend suggested the Harbour Cafe. It's a very unassuming little place from the outside but delightfully bright and cozy inside. The breakfast menu is fairly extensive with a great selection of favourites. I settled for a classic egg, bacon and home fry combo and I was not disappointed. Our waitress was very friendly and did not fail to keep the coffee topped up. This may be a bit eccentric but I like to check out washrooms as an indicator of how clean the kitchen might be - no worries! It was spotless, modern and well-stocked. Love this place and it's sure to become a go-to for tasty breakfasts and great service.

I'm sure they cook other meals, but I reserve Sensuous Up for my Sunday morning brunches with friends. The classic Canadian breakfast with 2 eggs, peameal bacon, or ham or sausage plus homefries and toast is perfectly cooked. But their Eggs Benedict, Waffles, Pancakes or Lighter Fare yoghurt and muesli topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream are well worth trying. The tea and coffee are constantly refilled at no extra cost and they have a frequent customer bonus program. The staff could not be friendlier and the breakfast comes to around $20 for two people.
