This is a pretty standard Chapters/Starbucks. As of April 2019 they have not done the new reservations that most ones have. The store is big and they have a large selection of books. However, the Starbucks overflows a little into the bookshop.

A much better store than the Indigo store in Kingston at the Cataraqui Mall... The Chapters in Belleville will have books reduced and marked down, plus they have usable washrooms in the store. The Kingston Indigo store has everything at full price for the most part and their washrooms are no good.

For starters awesome people! They are super friendly and helpful. Also make sure to check out Zoe's recommendations they are the best. Chapters is a great company too! They have an adoption a school program that helps local schools get the much needed updates to their libraries. And YES! Schools still have libraries with real books that get checked out and stuff. Books are essential to classroom teaching and literacy foundations. Belleville Chapters is educator friendly and pay attention to when they have teacher/educator appreciation days!

Every time I go to Chapters the staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they read so many books and can offer new books to read based on what I already enjoy. The store is well-stocked for a small town and if I can't find something, ordering it to the store is so simple. The store is a home away from home for avid book readers, there are books for everyone, and I love browsing through different sections and thinking about genres or recipe books to try. It is cozy, inviting and comforting. Their notebooks are great for school, their games are fun and on trend, their tea sets are beautiful. Need I go on?

If you like physical books this is the place for you, I tend to just buy digital versions because they are cheaper and can be saved to a cloud meaning they can't be ruined like normal books can. They also have a Starbucks there if you're into overpriced coffee and other drinks. EDIT: I come off as a jerk here, the store is clean and they have a wide selection of books available and I believe of they don't have it, they will order it. All in all pretty great even if I don't have a use for it. My opinion on Starbucks hasn't changed though Rating changed from 3 stars to 4 stars.

I had not been in a Chapters for a very long time but recently went here to pickup a gift for Christmas. This bookstore is incredibly well stocked with books, magazines and gift items. Being connected to the Starbucks probably had something to do with the large number of people in the store, but you still had lots of room to shop. Overall it was clean and well organized. Prices were pretty close to Amazon online prices. (Being able to actually pickup a physical book before buying it is a nice change!) Recommending this store for everyone.

This store is terrible to pick up from when you order online. This has happened 2 times recently and although both times the employees were not busy(standing around), they don't care to take the time and check in the back whether your order has arrived, and then literally a couple of hours later I get an email that the order is ready for pick up. I don't live close to the store so it's not covenant to run back and fourth. When you order online it gives you a day that the order will arrive in the store, That is the day I was there to pick up other items. I would just appreciate the help of at least checking the orders in the back before I drive all the way home only to get an email stating the other item I asked about is now available.

The staff at this location are so lovely. Kind and approachable, I have always had great interactions and excellent customer service here! If ever a book or item I have been looking for is not available, someone is always ready to help me order one through their online system. Very handy! The Starbucks inside this store is always busy and almost always has a line up. Be ready to wait. Also, getting a seat or table at the Starbucks is hit and miss. Clean, bright store. It's a good book store...Always new material for reading...Items for sale include Godiva chocolates, calendars, games, puzzles, magazines... Miscellaneous items, note pads etc...of course books...They do need to carry far more audio books...There is bathrooms, a Starbucks, tables to sit at in that area...chairs to sit & read at chapters...Overall lovely place...Helpful staff, knowledgeable on most books, if they don't have them in store...

It's cheaper to buy of their website then have it delivered in store but they wont match the in online price. They say the online price is because there is no middle man but pretty sure the staff still need to work if I order it delivered to the store. And all the staff where standing around the cash chatting wasn't asked once if I needed help or anything.
