I really like this store. Has a lot of what the big stores have but a LOT they don't. Everything has good prices and the store layout is nice. Also, whoever stocks the shelves, kudos. Seriously organised (see attached photo).

After 3 days of calling and no returned calls or emails finally got prices for garage doors was told 949 orignally for but then told price was listed wrong it should be 1345 large increase beware. Check out Rona always fast and helpful

Cute family owned hardware store. Doesn't have the same selection as the bigger stores but they often can order it in. They do have good service but their price matching program needs work. Their staff tends to be more knowledgeable than the bigger stores which can be worth it if you're trying to do it yourself.

Seemed like an ok hardware store but they have a cat in the store and I was told it lives there. I'm allergic to cats. Lots of people are. A business owner should know better than to keep pets like that out of a retail business location.

Over the past 3 years I have built 2 large additions to our facility and used Belleville Home Hardware exclusively. I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have never left the store without what I went in for, as they do have a great selection and inventory. Great store, great staff, awesome store manager.

I will never shop here again. Lazy staff, completely disorganized, no one seems willing to help. Manager Amy is an idiot, and thats putting it nicely. Not sure how she got the job, she has no clue about anything in the store.

Store is OK , nothing special , prices are reasonable, like anywhere shop around if you want the best price . I have purchased many things here cheaper than the other guys. Sometimes they have what I'm looking for and sometime not, BUT that works both ways .Staff are generally OK and reasonably knowledgeable.... But remember this is store where you buy things and not to get information, I talked with one guy who gave me completely wrong information I'm a tradesman so I did correct him, I hope he follows up and confirms what I told him , I did not tell him to put him down . This Store is exceptionally organised , I cant understand one review below here that states its not , the pipe fittings are all lined up and clearly marked , who does this ?? local "Canadian" store ,shop here if you can .

This place is doing it right! I've never felt more safe going into a place of business than I did today. Plexiglass barriers are protecting the cash and service centre, Marks on the floor for customer line ups outlining the proper distance to keep,great job guys!!

Disgraceful service!! The three young female employees never greeted me, never said please or thank you for my purchase as they were too busy talking! I confronted all three of their lack of service, so the oldest employee took my name and number for the manager to call me. No follow up call. I will never go back to this store!

Needed large amount of deck screws. So I asked for a bulk box, by the pound. So the lazy guy sells me a very expensive bulk box of 1500 pics. He could have pointed out that the plastic tubes was a much better buy. They should know the products. Home Hardware advertises being helpful. This guy was not helpful. To base i didn't see the cat I would have asked for its help. Second bad experience with this location. Won't shop here again.

Staff will walk the other direction to avoid helping you. Difficult to find anything. Prices are higher than competition. They told me they would check on ordering a custom door, and never called me. When I followed up a month later, they had lost all the paperwork.

Went in, looking for a specific, metal threaded, push broom handle. As I walked up the main isle, looking down side isles. Past 5 store employees,(not busy with other customers) not one.! Asked if I could use a hand finding anything... Just kept to their conversation with each other... So I left, to go elsewhere... Thank you for your help, (sarcastically)!!!

I was in the store today and zero customer service. I needed help and couldn't get anyone. The 2 guys were too busy talking to each other. I told the cashier and she just shrugged her shoulders like it was normal. I had to get some metal dryer pipe with no gloves thank goodness I didn't cut myself trying to separate the pipes. If I could give this store a zero that would be appropriate. I wasn't the only one looking for help.
