Love that now both my hi by and I can get our fav Beef n Cheddar, in a larger meat portion size!! It's the best sandwich of all fast food places in our opinions. The quality and flavour of the beef is amazing! The only thing that slightly irritates us, is that the sandwich is never really hot enough. When ordering, we always ask for it to be nice n hot. That request is frequently forgotten. At ALL locations.

I love Arby's but the last time I was there my cousin had to send her Loaded Curly Fries back because they were ice cold. My chicken sandwich was also cold but I wasn't going to worry about it. It usually is always cold when I get it. So check your food before you leave the counter/drive-thru so you don't have to go back.

It's frustrating when you specifically state you want sauces, and they forget to put them in the bag (drive-thru). This has happened on more than one occasion, with the latest happening to me just 15 minutes ago. So, instead of enjoying my lunch with my partner, I'm lamenting the lack of sauce.

Nornally I have no complaints when I stop here. It isn't often but this last time we went my husband ordered a buffalo chicken burger which is what he gets every time. I got the beef and cheddar. My sandwich came neatly made my husband's on the other hand any time he gets this it's been good. This time who ever out it together obviously didn't care. I realize it's fast food however when you are paid to do something there is no reason to be so sloppy. He had to use a napkin to wipe away excess sauce in order to just handle the burger it was just so saucy and messy he could barely eat it. So much hot sauce he couldn't taste anything else it was a mess very disappointing. Luckily he was the passenger so he got a few bites in b4 giving up. Usually they are good and food is put together better than most other fast food places in Belleville

I was not impressed with my lunch time visit. As I waited for my order today I watched the manager lift off the lid on the aujus and then asked the girl behind the grill area if it was plugged in. She said yes. I took my order back to work. Not even 5 minutes away at Canadian tire in Belleville. The sandwich was terrible and the aujus was almost cold. I am not impressed at all with today's sandwich or a manager that doesn't care about quality.

Always check your bag in the parking lot before you leave after the drive-thru, and never order through skip the dishes. On 4 separate occasions I've ordered a meal and only got my sandwich with some napkins, and that's after reminding the attendant at the window that my meal came with a drink.

Great Service, and the food is good too. Regularly has coupons and you can use them over and over. Makes it easy to feed everyone at work with great prices. I love that it is not fried and not another same old hamburger. They also have a great variety of other treats, and their milkshakes are the best! The beef sandwich combo i tried was really good i had my combo with a baked potato which was a nice option instead of the usual fries and the sandwich was loaded with meat very filling.The staff where really friendly and welcoming.

I love Arby's! This one had a fairly fast drive through (even though it was busy) food was top notch, nice and warm and the curly fries delicious as always! The only downfall is the prices Arby's is expensive but you get what you pay for and so far it's always been excellent from Arby's no matter which location I've been to so far

About a month ago we noticed our order was messed up when we got home. I called and easily enough they took my info and said I should get my giftcard in the mail next week. We never got that giftcard and the other day I stopped in to get a couple of meals. I told the lady about it, they looked it up and said there's a note here but the card was never sent out. So they decided to give me one of my meals for free, I paid for the other and I was on my way. Got home, order was messed up again. And these are just simple orders. First time I was missing an order of fries. This time it was the wrong sandwich so my wife through it out because she doesn't like it. Starting to get annoyed.

The mix seemed to be off on some of the fountain drinks as they were more watery than they should have been. Biggest problem was the parking lot. Hard to get out of.

Lovely express meat sandwich place on the go. But when you exit the highway from your trip just to grab a Roast Beef and you end up in a line where you can't tell the end. I would of gave it a 5 star but 2 electric and 1 manual wheelchairs struggled to get inside. It has a wheelchair ramp but not wheelchair accessible doors. The older gentleman at the counter was very grumpy with us. I’m pretty sure his badge said Shift Manager. Just stared at us with the most deathly glare until we ordered, then mumbled our order under his breath to the point where we couldn’t understand him. Someone else came in right after us, and he ignored them to the point of them just leaving. The sandwiches themselves were okay, good and hot.

I have not been to an Arby's in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised. This location was, fast and friendly. They even have a bell at the door you can ring if you have good service. When we rang it, the employee's yelled "Thank you!" from the cash. Nice touch. It could have been a bit cleaner, but it was winter and there was lots of salt on the roads.

Great Service, and the food is good too. Regularly has coupons and you can use them over and over. Makes it easy to feed everyone at work with great prices. I love that it is not fried and not another same old hamburger. They also have a great variety of other treats, and their milkshakes are the best!

Love Arby's but was disappointed today when I ordered my food with my family and my daughter received hers and they served 3 other individuals their food before I received mine. They ordered the same food as I did except I had mazza sticks like my daughter had. They could have dropped all 8 mazza sticks together instead of me waiting 10 more minutes for my order.
