Glad I stumbled across these guys while searching the internet for reputable dog food chain. The owners are incredibly educated on the importance of feeding your animals a raw food diet and were ever so helpful with easing my mind while I transitioned my two dogs to a raw food diet. I will never go back to feeding my two boys kibble. They are doing wonderful on a raw diet. Both dogs actually look forward to dinner time now. Very satisfied with making the switch to raw for my dog. He LOVES his food now and I dont catch him licking himself afterwards because of food allergies. Looking forward to the next visit. I got dry kibble samples while there and I am for sure buying the bigger bag after seeing him look forward to his meal for once. The raw mixture I give morning and night, again, he is really excited at mealtime now whereas before I had to encourage him every time. Also picked up some new kitty treats and cat litter. The store owner (forgive me for not remembering his name) went over every question I had and I'm very glad I took the time to go there. Have a great summer!

I know the majority of the reviews are nice but that's how local people are who only have one "raw pet food" store to shop at. I have been in the habit of making it a point to write reviews the last year or so because whenever I feel like there is a lack of customer service and when the prices out weigh the product and service. I try not to complain and be that anti this and anti that type of person. Everything I write is only my personal experience! To the Asian fellow who owns/works there: 1. Each time I have went in there to wash my dog I tend to get a push back from the guy as if he is not at all interested in allowing me to wash my dog. He gives me the run down, all the rules and tells me its super busy etc. Basically if you are only there to wash your dog and not buy something, he is not having it - regardless if you are a regular customer and buy food there the majority of the time. 2. He sells the Mega Raw Dog food and the mixed backs that say Pork, Beef, and turkey. I ask him if there is a good portion of beef in there and he says yes but what I get when I open it is lots of turkey and lots of pork (the cheaper stuff) and one pack of beef. The price of this back is nearly $100 with tax in. Keep in mind this is for scrapped turkey meat and pork with god knows what is in the Beef. 3. I ask him questions just for fun sometimes but he doesnt appear to have the knowledge one would hope for considering his prices and the fact he is selling you food for you pet. A survival product for the pets to be fed well and healthy for a heavy price. I doubt he even has a dog. 4. He has a data base there that he is too lazy to use. He gives you a receipt with a stamp on it and expects you to pile it up and save them so you get the discount after so many stamps. At the same time he has your name and details saved under your number and says Mr or Mrs so and so every time you give him the number yet he cant add the stamp into the system so he knows for the next time that you bought "x" amount of products and are granted a free one or whatever he gives. There is nothing worse then those people who want all your money but lack the customer service and customer care in return. He comes across 50/50 with me, some days ignorant, some days arrogant and some days just a regular guy who owns a pet store. He talks a bit down to you and again I don't even think he owns a dog??

Amazing pet wash. Just got home from bathing my dog. The set up is designed with ease of use in mind. The sturdy built in ramp with carpet is a great touch! The tub part isn't too deep and isn't too shallow. The water pressure is perfect and the use of other grooming tools and towels (if available) is a great touch. Will recommend to everyone. Also the man working was very friendly and helpful. :)

Very friendly owner. The store carries products such as toys, dry/raw food, etc. Not the biggest variety but everything is high quality and not your average Walmart dog products. It can get quite hot inside the store as there are quite a few freezers for the food. Prices are fair. Would return if in the area.

Seems to be the best place for raw food. We decided to go dehydrated raw and staff attempted to discourage us from CaniSource. Insisted that CARNA4, an overpriced baked kibble was better for our 80 lb golden recovering from a bout of pancreatis. Confused as corporate site recommends CaniSource for dehydrated dog food. We buy our CaniSource elsewhere, but their marketing doesn’t take away from their excellent knowledge of dog food, especially raw.
