Have had excellent service here previously but waited in line 25 minutes today only to find I need to go to the downtown location for the service I need. There should be a posting about them not offering all services. I would definitely recommend calling ahead so you don’t have the same experience.

I have done numerous transactions here. Over all great. Except last week. Went to put my new truck into my name to find out i was missing some paper work for it. No worries right? Well i have never been treated so rudely in my life by someone.i was asking where i could get an appraisal and she actually said yelled next! As she was fixing her half shaved head of hair. Acting like i was just gona go away! Sorry lady but it is your job to inform people of vehicle and licensing related questions. In the end she said google it. Lmao what a joke. Find a new career lady

The best Service Ontario office in Barrie hands down. They are fast, friendly, courteous and efficient. The line up may look long but it does go fast! I am there quite often and have never had a negative experience with any of the ladies there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Coming from a much bigger city of Brampton. The wait time here in Barrie was incredibly quicker. The agents seemed to be very friendly and helpful. It was a huge difference The service ontario in a smaller city.

Definitely hands down the best Service Ontario in Barrie. The ladies there know their stuff! Everyone is really kind and helpful with any questions you may have! Definitely recommend to any one! Line ups look long but you’re in and out quickly and efficiently. Covid protocols are in place to ensure staff and customer safety.

Friendly and the most efficient office around. Just know this...dont come and make me wait longer ahaha! Side note to a previous review.. Paul...its you that doesn't know what's going on NOT them. You can NOT get a temporary sticker for any type of vehicle that's unfit...you're the lost one. They know exactly what they are doing and are great at their jobs. Maybe know what you're talking about before rating things.

Walked in, no line up. The woman with curly hair on far right desk took care of me. Went the extra distance, was very polite and obviously knew what she was doing. Excellent service. I have been here several times before. They are always good but this was extra helpful. She didn't have to help but she did. It even meant more work for her which she did with a smile.

I had valid Insurance and was refused the Plate sticker as lady telling me till it doesn't come in their system I can't get it.She was giving me hard times.I have 4 cars with the insurance and never had any issue.she wants me to buy temporary permit and then buy another one.I am already paying for six months as I explained her the situation.But no she didn't have Insurance slip sent to me few mins back and took the print out.
