We had the pleasure of dropping into this hidden treasure today. We ended up purchasing a much needed coat for our doodle and had a hard time choosing from the many types. The staff is ever present and friendly. Krista was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the hypoallergenic treats as well. We will definitely be back.

This place is residuals I had multiple bad experiences They have horrible customer service My dog had an accident and the workers gave me a spray and non obsorbant paper towel and made me go on my hands and need cleaning it up while they stood there and watched me!! I was about ready to put all my things down and not even buy anything I will most likely not be going back to this place anymore! ????

They are very helpful here, have great sales, and every few months because I am a member I get an email promotion for $25 off! They did a great job through the lockdown with curbside pickup- prompt, courteous and my orders were always correct.

Rens employees sold me on raw chicken dinner for my dog. Every third time I go to buy it, they are out of stock. Once a dog is on raw, the pet must be kept on it, so it's not easy to keep changing. The store blames it on head office for a yr now. I keep reminding them of the problem, to no avail. Today I found another store just out of Thornton which claims they never have a problem with stock!!time will tell. So, I recommend not to put your dog on raw, as it appears difficult to purchase.

There is no shortage of pet retail in Barrie. Rens initially attracted us by carrying our needed brand of dog food when another store stopped. But their customer service, which for us means the right blend of knowledge and enthusiasm, has kept us. Christa is our go-to associate there. She embodies the best of that customer service.
