We ordered curbside pickup at our son's request to celebrate his graduation from Mohawk College. It was a fantastic meal! Everything was cooked well and tasted fantastic. It was a great meal and the coconut shrimp was awesome! Ordered over the phone and did curbside pickup, order was on time and staff at Brantford location were curious and polite.

We always enjoy going to Red lobster... mostly for the biscuits!. I had the shrimp trio because it is my favorite. Our son had blackened trout and he said it was very good ...it must have been because he ate the whole thing! My husband had the plank special with shrimp and said it was very good. The service was great ... very attractive.

Always found Red Lobster to be overpriced in Canada so I am always a bit apprehensive when I go there. This wad my first time at the end of Brantford Red Lobster. Food quality is top notch. Service is great. And its a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The booth seating is tight and cramped. We moved once, but it didnt improve. I dont think the entire meal was worth the price, but we were stuffed and satisfied. Maybe I am just cheap. Worth finding out for yourself!

Food was great. Lobster was a bit salty though, don't know why that might have been. The cheddar biscuits are always great. Also they had an interesting tablet pay system that more restaurant should have in my opinion. The server, Keri I believe her name was, was lovely. She was very kind to us and as a bonus her hair was very pretty.

Face it...they know what to do with seafood. They don’t skimp on butter and richness. Our server, a mature woman and I wish I could recall her name because she was absolutely fabulous! She even suggested putting our leftover mashed potatoes into the shrimp sauce ( and she was right!) The biscuits aren’t my thing but my sister loves them. The decor was a bit tired but that isn’t why I went there.

We had pick your own ( coconut shrimp and another shrimp , baked potato s , mine was lobster baked and we shared 2 side orders ( asparagus, stuffed mushrooms, ) then topped off by sharing an apple dumpling with a scoop of ice cream. Delicious meal . And the coffee was also good. Thank you for a fantastic start to our afternoon. Awesome Job.

Food was good, the prices are a little high but the place is always busy. Our server was good, helpful and friendly but not in your face so that was great. The staff obviously have to wear a uniform - black shirt and pants and it looks professional. Unfortunately the manager didnt dress quite as well in fact looked very sloppy and it stuck out like a sore thumb. If you expect a certain dress code/level from your staff you should lead by example. If not suit at least a dress shirt and tie. It lets the place down

This was the BEST restaurant I've ever been to! We decided to go to Red Lobster since I had never been, and let's just say this is the best choice we could have ever made! Our server, Stephanie, was a delight! Sweet as can be, super helpful, a natural comedian, and ready to do anything we needed! She hurried to bring us some biscuits (which were refilled a few times so we didn't have to keep splitting the last one in half). Then we started off our journey with the crab fest drinks of two Strawberry Lemonades and one Long Island Iced Tea, which we got to keep the cups (awesome promo)! Next we all chose our entrees which for 2 of the 3 of us is usually a difficult thing to do. Stephanie did not hesitate to make sure we knew what we were getting and ensure that we knew how amazing it was! We had the dragon shrimp on mashed potatoes instead of rice, the crab lovers dream, and the crab fest surf and turf. Our food was ready very quickly, was nice and hot, and made perfectly! The kitchen sure crushed it on all aspects! Now since we are not common crab eaters, we did not know how to use the cracker and get the meat out, but no worries! Stephanie was there to save the day and walk us through it while reassuring us that it's okay to be new to this all and not know what on earth we are doing! (And to anyone that doesn't know how to eat crab like us, dont worry we wore a lot of the crab!) We finally decided to round out the meal with dessert naturally! So we got the chocolate wave (a wonderfully rich and delicious chocolate cake), the brownie overboard (super delicious and a winner in all brownie competitions), and the apple crostada (similar to an apple blossom and a fantastic one at that)! During our dinner we had a lovely group of other customers sit on the opposite side of us. We convinced them to get the strawberry lemonades, because while who wouldn't want them? We joked around with them since theirs was garnished with a strawberry and we had lemons instead (just being silly and keeping the mood light) so what does another lovely server (I missed his name) do? Brings us 3 strawberries since we missed out! Oh it was a hoot and a half! They did everything to make us feel welcomed! At the end of our wonderful evening, much to our surprise, the wonderful Stephanie let's us know that we made her night! GIRL! YOU MADE OUR NIGHT! She apparently works in the kitchen most often, but she killed it serving and should 110% be out serving more often! She is a natural and great at promoting the menu! Every part of this evening was worth every penny and then some! I am so glad we chose to come here and we will surely be back! They make sure we are welcome, well taken care of, and enjoying every minute of it! Well done Red Lobster in Brantford! You guys all crushed it! Keep it up! Much love 3 very happy customers

The amazingly inviting interior is only amplified during these challenging times and yet thanks to covid social distancing our romantic double birthday dinner was even more special. From initial greeting through to exiting all staff were incredible, sincere and helpful especially our server Erin. The appetizers were truly extraordinary and we highly recommend the stuffed seafood mushrooms... Our meal was stellar and we thoroughly enjoyed our birthday date night.

It was alright. I went there with my parents for a little birthday dinner and kinda felt like they didn't want us there. Felt rushed so I ordered stuff I didn't even like. The food wasn't as good as I remembered. The restaurant was basically empty, and it was 530-6pm. We were sat right by the flying open kitchen door. I asked for the table next to the one we were sitting at and the women acted as if it was such a big deal. It was literally the table next to the one we were sat at lol. The server was nice at first felt she didn't want to be there but she warmed up. I don't think we'll be returning back to this location. Had people tell me before I went even that it wasn't what it use to be and they were right.

Visited Brantford location today for inside dining. Had to wait 35 minutes for a table. They took my cell number and texted me when the table was ready. Didn't realize reservations were possible. Food was good. Menu not as extensive due to covid restrictions. Tried Kung Pao Noodles with Crispy Shrimp today & hubby had 7 oz steak with 2 sides and escargot. House salad not available only caesar salad. Teri was an excellent server. Happy with PPE and cleanliness.

First let me say I have been to Red Lobster with others before and never been impressed and would never chose it myself but it was my son's birthday so his choice. A party of 6 of us waited 2 hours to be seated! Not one complimentary beverage or snack was offered during the wait. We were not even assured during the wait that we hadn't been forgotten as others were seated around us. The meal was terrible. Lobster salty, tilapia was undercooked with more crumbs than fish...and very mucky instead of crispy. The only good thing served was the biscuits. The server at the table was 'okay'. No complaint made at the table as we did not want to put a damper on son's birthday. Sent a letter to head office and was referred to restaurant manager. Talked to manager who had excuse for everything and then promised to send a gift card so that my son could have a better experience. The gift card never materialized! Tried to contact head office again and did not receive a reply.Do yourself a favour....if you want good seafood, go to a good restaurant and order a seafood dish....keep away from this fast food franchise that is over priced for what it serves!

Wow! The food was wonderful as at all Red Lobsters but I was impressed with the staff at this location (I wish it was closer to my home). Our server was friendly, attentive, helpful and the order was delivered perfectly. On our way out, the person who cleans tables and the other staff member we passed all wished us a great day too.

Recently went here for a spontaneous date night. We had an excellent time. There were a few small blips in the service because some of the staff didn't help each other when a co-worker was very busy by clearing tables when they walked by etc but that being said our server apologized because she knew that certain things were taking a bit long and she made up for it by her friendliness, professionalism and even gave us an appetizer each complimentary. We were pleasantly surprised by this because it wasn't really her fault that some weren't pitching in and only concerned about their own table. Her name was Tia and she did an excellent job!

I was disappointed to see the surf and turf combos have been removed from the menu so I had to order a steak with a lobster tail on the side instead. The food was still great though, my steak was done perfect. The waitress forgot my lobster tail but they brought it out pretty quickly and it was still pretty good.

Conveniently placed Red Lobster across my hotel. Friendly staff and attentive staff. Food was cooked and seasoned well coming in big portions. I ordered their NY strip loin steak and sole fillet on separate occasions and both came out delicious. The complimentary cheddar biscuits with your take out order was a bonus as well.

I took my wife to Red Lobster for lunch on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was busy but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I enjoyed our biscuits and salad, and then our main meal, crab fettuccini, was served. It looked amazing but upon tasting it, we realized that it was only lukewarm. I immediately called upon a server, explained that it was only warm, and asked if it could be replaced. This was done immediately, and our steaming hot meals were brought out within minutes. After we finished our delicious meals, which we both thoroughly enjoyed, we asked our server for the bill. She then explained to us that the manager had said that our meal was on the house because it was their responsibility for it to be right. We were astonished! What restaurant says "no charge" for two meals? We made it a point to thank the manager, who apologized again, and told us that it was the only way to make it right. Amazing...great food and fabulous customer service. Thank you! We will be back soon.

We stopped in for lunch. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The food we ordered came out quickly and everything tasted great. Of course, the buns, as always were delicious. We tried one of the dragon power bowls. VERY good. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The manager came by to ask how everything was. Overall a very nice lunch.

Laughable experience, unfortunately. We arrived at 8:30. Closes at 9. Knew there was a risk, but this was extreme. Beverage dispenser was not working, and found this out after waiting 20 mins for drinks. Grilled chicken was boiled. Crab brought out without anything to open them, again was told they were being washed but told after food was served. Then told things were slow because people are on break. There were people that came in after us that received better. The last service should be as good as the first. Yes, we are comped the entire meal, thank you, but it should never happen. We felt like we were an intrusion rather than a guest. Sad story.

My wife and I went out for dinner here and the food was great but her lobster tail was abit under cooked on the bottom. We mentioned it to our waiter and Jeannette (manager) went over and above the fix the situation. We left leaving happy that they cared that much to make our night better. If you like fried seafood, this is your place. They do offer fresh fish and other seafoods as well but nothing really more special than anywhere else. Price is above average, but beware picking the cheaper dishes without checking to see what is in them.... Hence the comment about fried foods. All in all it is a good place. If I were to pick the biggest thing I didn't like it would be that every time we are there with more than four people they seem to concoct some weird table arrangement that always leaves somebody in the path of servers or people going by having to squeeze past you.

Manager can't keep his stories straight as to why or food was 55 past pick up time. Told me ten minutes and at the end of the 55 minutes I requested the refund. Driving 40 mins to this location in Brantford is not worth it. Excuses are the word of the day and some how they get offended when customers are upset at the lies and incompetent manager. I had such a pleasant experience tonight with my family. Not only was the night well organized and COVID-19 rules followed as best as possible, but our evening was very entertaining and enjoyable with our server Dave. He made great food suggestions and made sure our glasses were topped off and biscuits always on the table. He handled my 16 year old (Asperger's Syndrome // Autism) so eloquently. My son can be a touch loud when excited or happy, stutters when he needs a moment to think and can be quite blunt with his questions and remarks. I dont know if Dave picked up that he had autism but he handled him perfectly. Thank you so much for helping what was a bit of a nervous dinner out of the house (my son worries a lot about COVID-19) to be such a wonderful experience.

I usually go out of my way from Kitchener to go to this specific location, because the food tastes best and usually the best service, but yesterday the service was honestly horrible. The ladies at the front were talking as my fiancé and I were waiting for a greeting and she looked up and just said “2?” Which isn’t that bad but then we went to our table and I kindly asked if we could have a booth instead as the table she was going to sit us down at was beside a party and we wanted the quiet dinner. She huffed and didn’t say a thing (normally hostess would say “yeah Ofcourse” or anything at all for that matter….) and she whipped the menu paper off the table which fell to the floor, which also made the cutlery fall to the floor and I picked it up… she put us at our booth as I was saying thank you she basically rolled her eyes. I literally never had such a bad experience here. If you don’t like your job then why are you working there? I really hope I don’t see this same lady next time.

Delicious! Been going here since I was a little girl. Moved away but I came back to visit for my birthday and my parents took me here and we had a great time. The staff was all very friendly and the food was amazing, I love that they're never stingy with the garlic buns. Good prices on stuff too considering where we are, especially when they have specials on. I like how calm the place usually is as well, when I was a kid I was always pretty shy and I was never afraid to come out here with my grandparents. Again, the garlic buns probably had something to do with that haha.

We preordered the ultimate family feast for our valentines dinner curbside pick up and prepaid. We understood that it may be a little busy during the dinner rush however, it ended up being over an hour wait sitting in our car that was running in the cold winter and with our dog in the back. The lobster was so dry and terrible, along with the cold breaded shrimp. The crab and garlic shrimp were good. We were never told that we would be waiting this long or we would have showed up later or made other arrangements. We weren’t offered a chance to cancel the order and get our money back would have been nice, or an apology. It really ruined our night. We usually love Red Lobster but don’t think we will ever go back after this.

I know it's a seafood restaurant, but the smell as you walk in was so over bearing that it turned my stomach. I have never had that experience at other red lobsters OR any sushi / fish and chip restaurant. Not sure what happened with this order. It was quiet at the restaurant. Order was missing 3 items and cold. I had requested a specific time for pick-up, was there within 1 minute of pick up time and the order was already sitting out on the service counter for people to breathe on (Covid germs anyone?) This order should have been in the kitchen under a hot lamp. And, it should have been made for the pick up time, not a half hour earlier. Last time, placed the order at the desk upon arrival, mid afternoon (again, quiet in the restaurant) and it took 40 minutes to get it. hmmm...something very wrong with this place. I'm beginning to see why it is often 'quiet'. They need another chef who listens and cares. So out $7.00 in items that should have been available to me but were not.

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences in a restaurant. Starting with menu, the size has been reduced drastically (assuming due to covid) and no longer has some things we liked. We decided to try the crab cake app which was not worth the price at all. They do use lots of crab in the actual meal however the taste was very off and seemed to be burned on one side and undercooked/cold in the middle. Comparing the same price dish to Jacks Oyster House, the difference is night and day. Moving on to the main course, I ordered surf and turf which includes the filet mignon which I order the temperature of medium rare. My expectations were not super high since it is a seafood restaurant, however the cook on the steak was terrible. It seems they left it on one side to cook and never flipped it. The bottom half was cooked to well done temp and the top side was cooked medium rare. You could see where they had sliced into the steak to check the temperature on it which was unnecessary. After cutting it to check the temp they obviously cooked it again since the portion that was cut was now a well done temperature. I would have sent it back however at this point we had been there an hour so I was not waiting again. The rest of the meal was good but nothing extraordinary to mention. It is sad when the best part of the meal was the gluey mashed potatoes. Now the real highlight (and not in a good way) of our visit was the service we received from our server. A new interactive display for you to view menu items has been introduced and sits on the far side of the table from the server. She decided to reach over our appetizer and biscuits to show us how to use it. Apart from bad table etiquette this is just plain gross to do. I bit my tongue to not say anything since I thought this one slip up would be a mistake in her service. Throughout the meal she only referred to me and rarely ever said anything to my wife. Seemed odd to me but since I am more vocal I figured she was more comfortable speaking to me for our needs rather than my other half. Well when the time came to pay I went to use the washroom while my partner was going to pay for us. Our server comes back and says something along the lines of "Oh I see he left for a moment would you like me to comeback to get your payment?" to which my wife replies "No I have the card and am paying". The servers reply to this shocks me the most out of this service. Her reply was to say "Well I don't usually see women pay, but you can use this machine (the new interactive display) to pay when it comes up. Have a good night". When I returned from the washroom, my partner was obviously upset with the exchange and wouldn't speak until we got to the car. In my opinion that statement is extremely unprofessional as well as rude and demeaning to all women. With the service and food that we received here on March 18/2021 we will not be returning to this red lobster again and it will be a long while before I get the appetite to pay $140 again for two people at an under average restaurant.

The food was good but cold. Nothing was at a nice eating temp. Service was good but we didn't understand why the escargot took so long.

It was nice... busy but quick service...food was nice...portions were just enuf...waitress was ok...it was kinda chill when we sat so we switched tables and manager accommodated by turning air conditioning down so it wasnt blowing right on us...overall good for a first visit bit probably wont go again for long time.

This was my first time eating at Red Lobster and I fully enjoyed myself. Our waitress was amazing! The food looked good, and tasted even better. I highly recommend the Lobster Bisque. The only thing that I can think of as a negative, would be the washrooms. They could use a renovation, as it seemed old and...well-used.

I went last night with my best friend for our birthday dinner. Usually we go to the keg- and we will defiantly not be going back to red lobster... For one we ordered the NEW stuffed lobster tail- comes with crab lobster and cream sauce in the tail. We received their normal every day lobster tail that was way way over done. If I can't get a piece of tail out of the shell with just my fork- and I had to WORK at it with a knife, it's overdone... Needless to say the waitress decided to grab a menu to prove us wrong and she looked like an idiot. Then she said after 15 mins of the wrong tails being on our table (I ate mine before I realized but it was pretty gross) "the topping is the only difference- do u want me to bring the topping out for you" THE TAIL IS COLD. No- remake it... My best friend said just make a new tail with the topping no stuffing. I was charged 18.99 TWICE for tails that weren't even the 18.99 tail!!! I ordered a pound of crab that was also over done. Stuck to the shell and looked like chicken jerky cause it was SO dry and over cooked. With tip and everything my bill was $140+ I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. The keg will forever and always fix my order and NEVER CHARGE ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE. And they are cheaper with 100% better quality. -Pissed off Seafood lover

The food and service was excellent. I have not been to a RL since Covid and was a little disappointed with the small menu. There were no fresh fish options. I was able to enjoy a tilapia dish.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Service was quick but the platter we ordered was hit and miss. The lobster tails were tough and salted so much that you couldn't taste the lobster. The shrimp in wine and garlic was great, the breaded shrimp were ok and the scallops although something that I usually won't eat, were quite enjoyable.

A classic seafood place. The shrimp linguini alfredo was pretty good and the drinks were well done, as well. Expensive, but totally worth it. Don't fill up on their signature cheese buns.

Always good service, and the food at this location in my experience has always been great. Finding the prices have increased some, so this isn't a stop for quick cheap eats.and some of our favourite menu options had changed slightly. Still a great place for a family special occasion. For our family we expect between $25 and $35 a person without alcohol on the bill.
