After getting puppy we started going here regularly during COVID lockdown and Brittany, one of the managers was outstanding. Her and Brendan always listen to our needs and then suggest the best products for our dogs. They always go above and beyond to enhance our customer experience. They really treat you like family as they have great employees that actually care about their customers and individualize our needs. We love this global pets!

I have been going to this global pet foods for just over 5 years now (since I got my dog Ronni). My dog has sever food allergies and this place is wonderful! The girls there are incredibly knowledgeable and kind and helpful! This store was a 10 star review from me; I used to tell everyone to buy their pet supplies from here anytime I was asked. However a new sales associate by the name of Nanda has joined their team and she has been nothing but horrible to me. Shes not even a quarter as knowledgable as everyone else there in regards to pet foods. Shes wildly rude to me every time I walk in and is more concerned about making a sale than helping anyone. She cuts people off when talking, she disregards any concerns and simply doesnt care period. I have been putting up with it since she started but after today I am no longer being quiet about it. She has tainted my experience here and has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will from now on go out of my way to go to a different global petfoods simply to avoid her. I am so upset that I no longer feel comfortable going to this store after 5 years of shopping here. It's a shame she's employed there.

Great staff! We have only a certain type of food we can feed my Boxer. We are greeted by name and they always have a case of my food ready for me. Once when I forgot to order it, they had a case set aside for me anyways. They go above and beyond for us! A while back, the food went on back order and the staff called around to get as many cans in for us as they could, I could have gone and visited these stores myself buy they took it upon themselves to bring it in for me, and had it shipped to the store for my convenience. I will always use this store when I can! #shoplocal

I have ALWAYS had a great experience here. However, I must say they truly go above and beyond. I was looking for an alternative to the vet suggested gastro food as I really do not like the ingredients. I feed and have been feeding my dogs raw for well over 10 years. Their friendly staff offered a number of suggestions and options at a way better price point than what the vet was suggesting. AND they tossed in a sample of some pumpkin to help with the transition and aid in digestion. I called in my order and it was ready within minutes of calling. Absolutely amazing customer service and they put my mind at ease about the food I will be giving my dog. They're always ready with ideas and suggestions no matter what the problem. Thank you for your continued amazing customer service.

Honestly I’m not one to do this but I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. My husband always has such great experiences I can not agree first off I was denied curbside pickup with my baby because it’s seniors day. Which I totally let go until I walked in with my baby in my arms and saw not one customer and still wasn’t offered a hand to carry the bag out. Instead she watched me carry a 25 pound bag of dog food in one arm and my baby in the other. Disgusted with the treatment I received! I usually wouldn’t have an issue but the fact she rambled on over the phone for 2 in a half minutes about how she can’t do it because it’s seniors day and there way to busy plus short staffed sorry hun not my problem! I don’t write your schedule and I’m a customer don’t care about the back story just asked for hand carrying out the food and was denied. I’m not even exaggerating there wasn’t one customer in the store

I have a Chesapeake Bay Retriever that is a very finicky eater. We have struggled keeping weight on him and have tried many foods from many places. The lady recommended an Itialian food with lamb and he at 2 full bowls that day! He has never eaten that much in his life! The prices were competitive, service was quick, even close to Christmas, and she may have solved a problem we have had for 6 years!

The employees are wonderful and helpful. They have a wide variety of pet foods, litter, treats, harnesses and such. The one thing I would say they could improve on is the stock. I find that I commonly go in to grab an extra case of litter, to find that they won't get another shipment in for three days! I will say they have been very helpful during these situations. I highly recommend this branch!

First time in the store. Met by the mask police and asked to put my mask over my nose and use hand sanatizer. I just hand sanatized in shoppers and felt as if I didn't comply, I and my wife would be asked to leave. Made my 1st and last purchase at this location and left. Two other employees were not comfortable with the young mask police girl. Unfortunate for this store. I just relocated 5 min away and have 2 older dogs that require special expensive foods.

This Dupont store is awesome. I have an extremely picky Havanese and end up with multiple big bags of dog food she turns her nose up at. This is the only pet store chain that had small sample bags....saved me a ton of money finding a dry food my dog would eat AND they are CANADIAN! Adios Petsmart and Pet valu. I am now a Global Pet Food customer for life.
