We spent quite a bit of time in here today, Cassidy was absolutely amazing - so patient with us trying a few different harness and boot options for our puppy. She offered help and guidance whilst keeping to all the covid rules and staying minimum 2m away at all times. The customer service we received was honestly fantastic and we are so grateful! The Rocky Mountain harness is excellent too, just what we were after, overall, we are super impressed, thank you!

Cute locally owned shop. I live in town and my dog tries to pull me here for a treat everytime we are downtown. He loves to come visit Jay especially. Lots of treat options and higher quality dog food. Most dog clothes are for smaller breeds.

Always a wonderful store to stop in when we're in town! Our puppy absolutely loves wondering through and the staff are super friendly. The dog ice cream is amazing for a hot day and the selection of toys and treats are second to none!

Unique gem of a store! I needed a harness and had to get some cute signs and a stuffed duck while I was there. Owners were helpful, knowledgable and friendly.. Nice assortment of food, treats, toys, and gear.. Lots of tourist stuff

I am not even a dog owner and I LOVE this store. The socks are awesome and a great gift for myself. Love the variety and cool unique items I can always find for gifts for dog and cat loving friends and family. They have a great set up, a patio on Banff Avenue. A great spot for you and your pet to enjoy the magnificent views of Cascade mountain and watch the people go by.

Best dog boutique in the Bow Valley! It's great that they carry dog food for the locals, something that otherwise didn't really exist in Banff. They also have the best toys and apparel. My dog loves stopping by and getting a treat, the staff is so nice and friendly!

We’re in desperate need of harnesses for our pups as they were pulling way too much to do our hike so we came to the dog house and got 5 star treatment the store manager was super friendly helpful and told us if the harnesses didn’t work out we could return them but they turned out to be perfect highly recommended this place to anyone in need of pet supply’s thanks again!

Every experience here has not been friendly. The staff are condescending. Or I should say the manager? I called about returning something that was purchased a while ago since we live out of town and it’s not a simple drive over. I understand not being able to return the item, however, the employee was condescending and chuckling over the matter. I would have come back, but not after this experience.
