visited 2 times manager was a super helpful guy and fun to talk to bought a pleco 5 guppys and a pair of killifish PS. instead of live foods your killifish destroy tetra cichlid jumbo carnivore sticks just need to crush it in your fingers and feed slowly they may take it off the bottom also. will definitely come again for my fishy needs and.... them golden wonders hehe

Best selection of Pond Plants inside of metro Edmonton! They have aquarium fish too - a huge guppy tank. The staff are so attentive and helpful. I can't believe I didn't shop there sooner. I highly recommend them for anything related to your fur or water babies.

Parked my work truck in their parking lot for 2 minutes. Owners both ran outside yelling and screaming insulting me looking like they want to fight! I'll never shop here and I'll be telling friends and family!

Awesome little find. Owner (?) /manager was very friendly and helpful. A few unique little nuggets in the store. Only reason for 4 stars & not 5 is there wasn't really a big selection of merchandise. Lots of basics (collars, leashes, pet bowls etc), lots of fish related items and all at good prices. Even carries food for your fluffy kitty up to big fish and snakes.

I love this store it's got a great selection of pond supplies lots of options! great friendly service whenever I'm in. I've bought multiple fish/ mostly koi they've always been healthy. They bring in pond plants in the spring I always enjoy buying those too when they have them. I've been going here since this place has opened it's nice to support something locally owned. worth checking out if you have not been here yet!

While we were waiting in line to get into the eco station next door, some guy, from the pet and pond warehouse, came out yelling and and throwing a hissy fit because some people were partially blocking one of his exits. He was screaming at the workers as well as potential customers. I will never go back to this place because of the way he conducted himself. Little did he know, we were customers but no longer after seeing that.

Been here twice now, never disappoints. Friendly staff, great knowledge, great products. Even put up with my kids who were not on their best behavior the second time in. I went in for a breeder tank and stand, was shown a few tanks, and finally stumbled upon the one, and it was in stock. I would recommend this business to anyone, whether you're a pro or just starting out, you will not be disappointed. Knowledgeable staff, great pricing, great atmosphere, check them out.

Use to be a cool little pond store i was going here quite often buying pond supplies since last spring. The past couple of times there is a new lady that works there that has horrible customer service skills. Went yesterday and bought 2 for 20 baby koi fish and some supplies. Went back today to get the last 2 for 20 as they had 4 and I only took 2. They were still in the tank so I asked if I could get them and the lady says they dont have any 2 for 20... I said yesterday u bagged me the other 2 and said those were also 2 for 20... she says really upset like well technically not but i guess ill give u them for that price.... i said they were that price yesterday do u change the price by the day? Then I said no thanks and went to leave ... no one else in the store and I said to my mom who was with me I guess they change prices by the day now... all of a sudden she came out of the back walked fast up to me as I was leaving the door and semi yelled I'm telling you ill give them to you for that price!... I just said no thx and walked out. The attitude is ridiculous. If you are dealing with the man or his dad the store is great this lady is angry at life I think. I guess their prices change by the day now too... I wont shop here again after this.
