Love using the tubs to bath my dogs. However the tubs are way too deep and my back hurts after using them. Even a Newfie doesn't need a tub that deep.

(0 star review but must be seen) WARNING FISH BUYERS PLEASE READ! this place has dirty tanks My tank now has fresh water flukes, which are transmittable to people. I'm going to the hospital for treatment myself now. Ontop of that their tanks are infested with snails, I've had fish die upon arriving home. And they refuse to fix this issue because they dont care. Staff also has no clue how to maintain an aquarium everytime I go in she uses the excuse that shes new tho shes been in months now. I'm never going in again this place is a Health Risk.

If I could give this place zero stars I would... Never has what you need. They always change out their foods and will NEVER order in what you need even if you offer to pay beforehand. Never has fish in stock as all the fish the owner sold were never cleaned or fed and most people who bought fish before they were sick and/or have died within days of buying them. The owner is always ALWAYS in a cranky mood, never says hello and is never pleasant to deal with. Whenever we go in we pray that his employee is working instead of him! Prices are never the same either... Bought a bag of shavings last week for 6-7$, bought the EXACT same bag today and it was almost 12$?! We will happily be taking our business over to Belleville as this is ridiculous. As the only pet store in town anymore it is a damn shame...

Staff are friendly, love animals, and will suggest products to suit your needs. They are also okay with cleaning up if your pet has an accident when you bring them in store. We appreciated the new dog/cat (2021)?coupon book that got us free name tags, a discount on pet essentials, & some free food. Staff / management are not empowered to get something ordered in with reliable certainty. We could not rely on them to stock felaway stress reliever for our cat and had to go to Amazon for a reliable supply at a cheaper price.

I used to get all our pet supplies here until the last time I went which was two weeks ago. The owner himself was sitting on Facebook when I walked in didnt say hello and when I walked up to the counter he was still on Facebook ( I could see his computer screen ) took him a good 30 slow seconds to scan my stuff and put it in the interac machine. I paid and waited another good 30 slow seconds for him to give me my receipt. His employees are much nicer and know how to work the counter they never have their phones out or on the computer. I will never go back in there again. Yes the OWNER. Terrible service he was never nice either you felt to be a pain when you were in there.

Will never go into the brooks location again the guy was rude went in to get my dog a bath there was a couple there ahead of me with three dogs and I was told it would be a bit as one of the tubs was out of commission he said should be free at about 3:30 a hour and a half later as it was two. When I asked that he would hold it open for me he told me it’s first come first serve and if somebody came in I’d have to wait so in other words he expected me to stand around for a hour and a half. Considering his one tub wasn’t useable and the other one was going to be tied up for an hour and a half. Great customer service.
