This is one the best places in the city for salt or fresh water fish. I purchased my Red Tail Gold Arowana from concept and couldnt be happier!! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Easy 5 stars here.

Awesome and incredible service. They created up my ideal nano freshwater aquarium quickly and it's exactly what I wanted. They even created an acrylic way to fit my larger light on my smaller tank. I'm incredibly happy, I have tons of ideas for newer tanks, and I'm excited to go back to see how they create them. I've seen them create irregular aquariums as well (tall rectangles, cubes, and irregular shapes). Ashley and Alex were a pleasure regarding any questions I had.

Fantastic… Worth the wait! I ordered a custom tank from Concept Aquariums. Then spend a lot of time wondering if it was going to be nice during it’s production time. It finally arrived, we are all super impressed. The overall workmanship is very nice, price was great, packed very nice for shipping. During initial conversation I didn’t quite understand what he meant system will arrive “plug and play”. They prepared all the plumbing and added a backing material, provided the right sized equipment for system to function ideally. All I had to do was tighten a bulkhead and pvc cement one 90* drain. It was so easy to assemble that it took longer to un-crate it that to get it water ready. All we can say is… Thank you so much! We will be ordering more tanks from Concept Aquariums because of how happy this one made us, great job!

Great service and very friendly. I had specific demands for a upper refugium with all the problems it brings and these guys found solutions for it. great problem solver. And they guaranty their work. My sump had a fault and they replaced it no problem, very professional too.

Most of the staff are great, especially Wayne. There is one guy though that kinda ruins it, and seems out of place, he is this tall ugly guy who never smiles, looks like he's staring you down in there, and makes you feel uneasy; IMHO equivalent of a male medusa. We call him the scowler (he has a huge crease between his eyebrows from constantly scowling, you'll know when you see him for sure), he's also a rude to speak to, and lies about products. Please put this guy in the back to do some work, where nobody has to deal with him, or get someone who can smile, and not scare the staff away please.

Pretty good guys, but not a good fish store. Every time I go it's closed. Who doesn't open on the weekend?!

The best place to buy a real quality Flowerhorn and Arowana’s. I got my SRD with them in 2inches and his KOK, looks like a C$2 coin in his head. A good start for my lucky fish! ???? Thanks guys

I went to this store recommended by another fish store, the first person I talked to was really nice and actually helpful. The next guy I talked to on my second trip here was a bit rude and wasn't really helpful at all. He didn't seem to want to invest or willing to help trouble shoot my situation. Not sure if I'll go back to do business with them after this. The girl at the front counter, you did awesome.

Ok, they built my aquarium, however the first time I came they gave me a cost of about $250 and one week to build. The next week I decided to order the aquarium and it was another $50 and would take 3 weeks plus to build. So about three weeks later I received it, when I got home I found a few small chips and scratches on the glass of the aquarium and that was fine but when I had a look at the lid, the sides were chipped and rough and the hinges were very lose. Im not going back to buy another aquarium from there. I would find another place or build an aquarium myself.
