I love this nice meditrainian sea shop. They have very nice fish coming to Canada fresh, not pre-frozen. They different items not fish only such as Tunisian dates. Staff are very friendly specifically the owner, Anis. Thank you guys for bringing this nice stuff to Canada. I appreciate your help during this pandemic time.

TO DIE FOR. Best fish service in the PROVINCE. Mark my words. Try their fresh grilled fish or fried with salad and fries and you are in for some surprises. The friendliest of friendly people work here. Generous and offer so much. If you like fish you will fall in love with this place. Best of all PRICES are so reasonable. Better than a thousand places outside.

I had the worst experience with Al-Manara. The worst customer service: staff are not professional and indifferent to customer's satisfaction. I ordered some kind of fish and confirmed to the employee that I'm going to pick the order up on Monday. On Monday, while I was heading to the store, I saw a post on FB saying that no fish is left. I contacted them and they answered with rudeness and unprofessionalism pretending that they haven't received any order from me. They did not even apologize. Then, after a while they said that they thought I cancelled my order. I have no idea how they came up with such a poor conclusion. To sum up, stores with poor management and weak attention to details will always fail miserably and will never grow.

The fish was without seasoning at all, the guy who prepared the them put the grilled fish and the fried ones in the same tray which was SO BAD because the grilled fish was burnt; the smell and the taste of it was horrible! I don’t recommend this place to anyone. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THE PRICE WAS TOO EXPENSIVE AND THE QUALITY WAS VERY POOR.
