When she finally finds my profile she asks me ..... What can I do ..... & $) »@ & / That's the first thing I told you ... . a REPLACEMENT card In the end 25 minutes to replace a card ..... Good luck my dear .... Lucky we didn't have a lot of people to send to Moon ???? (Original) J’avais perdu ma carte de guichet. J’y suis allé pour avoir une carte de remplacement. Ma caisse est à Alma. La caissière en plus de ne pas suivre mes conseils ( ex cherche mon profil avec mon code postal ou mon numéro de téléphone.... ) Comme de faite elle entre mon nom et s’aperçoit alors qu’il y en a beaucoup de Jean Tremblay dans le système Ensuite une fois quel trouve mon profil elle indique mon folio sur un petit papier.... 4 fois elle écrit un # différent Au bout de 15 minutes je dis à la gérante que ça commence à être long elle m’ignore et ne fait rien ..... Quand finalement elle trouve mon profil elle me demande..... Qu’est-ce que je peux faire..... &$) »@&/ C’est la première chose que je t’ai dit .... une carte de REMPLACEMENT Au final 25 minutes pour remplacer une carte..... Bonne chance ma grande .... Une chance qu’on avaient pas du monde à envoyer su à Lune ????
