Absolutely the best Insurance Broker in town. I've had Insurance through various Brokers in Port over the years and White's found me the best quote around and I feel sick when I think I had been overpaying other Companies at least $50/month more for mediocre to lousy service. I am so happy with my Insurance Policy and I love being able to "drop in" if I have any questions or need to give an update. The assistance offered me was very helpful. If you are using another Broker, think again and think Whites Insurance.

New customer and so far a great experience! First impression was very responsive and professional! I was referred to Nancy by some friends and she was very nice and took down my information for a quote right away. She gave me a lot of insight to build something that works for me and my budget. She actually called me back an hour later once she found a better alternative for me, which really surprised me on how she continued trying for me even after out initial conversation! Really impressed and happy with her help! She really showed that she went an extra mile for me, especially compared to the other Brokers I've contacted. The other companies just gave me the first quote and made me feel like its this or nothing. Comparing the other quotes received, these other brokers actually added features above what I needed. Therefore, I was being overcharged for protection that I didn't request or required. Even after asking if I could remove these features I was told it would only make a little $$$ difference on my payments. I understand that, but by adding features right off the bat for your own gain doesn't seem like the best ethical practice. Nancy was actually able to obtain me a quote that was significantly lower than the other brokers I requested from. She's a great asset to Whites and Verge and I am really happy I decided to go with this firm and have Nancy as my new broker! Highly recommended by many friends and customers of mine and now by me as well! Thank you Nancy!

I was with them for a while , I cancelled a few days ago and my monthly bill was 300$ and I didn’t finish the month so it should have been less then 300$ Right? ,NOPE They took 900$ out of my bank with NO notice I was NOT told about any cancelation fee or anything, This is ridiculous I cannot afford this I would not recommend anyone going with whites Incurance.
