If I could give this company a zero, I would. The Appraiser completely dropped the ball in terms of getting the report to the Lender which delayed the closing of our transaction by a week. All he has to do was send an email with the report. He has not responded to my Broker’s request and has left us hanging. Totally unprofessional and not sure why this company is in business.

Dan provided a very comprehensive report at a very reasonable cost. Yes, perhaps he could have done so in a more timely manner but the result was nevertheless professional and first rate.

If I could put a zero or minus five I would have done it. He came to do an appraisal, put the price of offer, when I asked for additional appraisal of value post renovations has not called back to date. Never sent me a copy of his appraisal that I paid for. Beware and avoid to save your nerve cells. It has been about 3 weeks since I asked to do the addendum, 3 months since original appraisal. Never returns calls nor his office does.
