If you want an appraisal done for your property better off staying away from these guys, unless you want the value of your property to turn upside down. This guy had to call me 6 times for directions to find a house in a small town! Then he evaluated my property at half off what it was appraised at 4 years ago. this caused the sale of my house to be rejected. My advise would be to find another appraisal company
