Credit card fraud detected, had to call in, waited 2 hours on hold and when i got through they hung up without saying anything.

I wanted to speak to a representative on the phone. I called the branch number. I got a virtual voice and the virtual voice wouldn't give me a rep or help with my question. I was surprised when he said thank you and hung up. Wow!!! What a ridiculous, rude and annoying experience. I am sure I will remember it for a long time. It makes a good story. Worst customer service I've ever had.
