Just wanted to share....Annette Taylor is the best. I highly recommend her for a raise. I've dealt with her over the years and she has been compassionate, understanding and totally approachable when I've had any problems. By far one of the best customer service people I've ever met and it's so refreshing because they're hard to find in this day and age. Kudos to Annette a million times over.
