Front steps have a dusting of snow... no tracks coming or going and they claimed they knocked and rang the doorbell... further there is a nice secure place to put my package. They were never here. Utter incompetence and duplicitous claims.

This is not necessarily towards this location. But Pitney Bowes is an absolute disgrace to any shipping company out there. Was hoping the experience would be better than a few years back, but nope. They must have a total of 100 people working at this company. Product (at least mine) moves at an absolute snails pace.
