Dealing with Dean was a horrible experience! Not only did he give us wrong information, he also manipulated facts to have my husband believe that he was making a good decision. He did not inform us properly and we found out after the fact how badly he screwed us. He then made sexist comments to myself when calling him on his shady behavior. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place at all for any matter.

Over that year i was really only making my debt and intrest rates higher and getting in deeper and deeper. Finally i admitted i needed help. I chose MNP and from the first meeting i felt such relief. The Estate Manager i delt with from MNP was very pleasant and understanding to my situation. She was always more than happy to answer questions and address concerns i had. The Trustee i delt with was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I would definitly recommend MNP. Just make the call! After years of just paying minimum payments and never getting ahead which felt like drowning but just being able to grab enough air to survive and endure the agony. I reached out to MNP and from my first call with Debi a huge weight was lifted Day 1 after hearing there was a way out without losing everything, my consultation with Dean thru to my counselling sessions with Emma went just as well. Today just happens to be the last day of my payments, four years ago I was stressed, broken and lost, it was then I found myself at the MNP office here in Fort St. John, BC. They were so kind, didn't make me feel bad about my situation and explained everything to me in words I could understand. They worked with me to find an amount that I could afford to pay, being a single mother with one income and borderline poverty I never thought getting out of debt would happen. Today marks the end of my payments, but also I have learned how to be smarter with my money and can envision a better future for my daughter and I.
