(Translated) Terrible service. Lots of errors in my file. He denies all responsibility. In the end, I never received the document I hired him for, but settled the business myself. His secretary misinformed me, which cost me interest charges with RQ. Ineffective staff. When I called, I was told he will come back to me but no return. I had to send him a formal notice to be called back. When I went to retrieve my documents they could not be found. Too expensive too. Avoid at all costs. (Original) Service exécrable. Plein d'erreurs dans mon dossier. Il nie toute responsabilité. Au final, je n'ai jamais reçu le document pour lequel je l'ai embauché, mais j'ai réglé les affaires moi-même. Sa secrétaire m'a mal renseigné, ce qui m'a coûté des frais d'intérêt avec RQ. Personnel inefficace. Quand j'ai appelé, on me dit qu'il va me revenir mais aucun retour. Il a fallu que je l'envoie une mise en demeure pour qu'on me rappelle. Quand je suis allé récupérer mes documents ils étaient introuvables. Trop cher en plus. À éviter à tout prix.
