Gabriela Bastos at the Kitimat branch was super helpful and eager to help me process my insurance papers. She was patient with the fact I hadn’t filled things out properly and friendly throughout the entire encounter… not to mention I had come in near on closing, when I apologized for that she waved it away and said there was lots of time and that it was no problem. It was certainly service with a smile… even though her face was masked and I couldn’t see it. She also ensured I got what I was entitled to and saved me some money. I came in flustered and left relieved.
