Told us what the bank requires and what they may ask for to avoid surprises. Best service and best rates. You may or may not like CIBC, but at the end of the day, you're dealing with Mark first and foremost and he has your 'best interest' heart.

Mark truly has been exceptional, very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and provided the best product. I would sometimes send him an email late at night and when I wake up in the morning, sure enough his response is already there. We have dealt with many mortgage agents since we started looking for a house last fall as we are self employed and getting a mortgage is a lot more complicated and Mark is by far the most helpful one. We have told our friends about him and will recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage.
