Came to file my income tax return here and was happy with the service I got, they told me the amount I was getting back, seemed decent. I paid the fee, thought everything was going swimmingly. She said I'd need to wait 10 - 14 days for my refund to come in. I said that's fine. Three weeks later I still haven't gotten a refund. I call CRA and they tell me nothing was filed. I'm confused, because I paid the fee and was told it was filed fine and was even told the amount coming back. Called Liberty Tax back and was told, "Yeah sorry looks like she just didn't submit the file, I'm not sure why she didn't. But I'll do it for you now." So... she just didn't file my taxes after I had paid for it, and didn't bother to tell me. I had to find out on my own. And now I get to wait another 10-15 days for my return. Not impressed, and not coming back here.

Got some bad info from liberty, regarding when I can do my taxes, and that info changed 3 times. When I came in I was turned away. Im sure, the government is mostly to blame, but for 3 trips inn, I would have hoped the problem would be sorted. Guess not. Besides that they are a decent place, a little pricey, but it does the job.

Only had experience at this Liberty tax location. While doing my taxes this year I find out they messed up my taxes last year. They offered a $20 discount for filing with them again. I had to go in on 3 occasions just to finish my taxes this year. I mentioned several times the tax refund amount seemed really high it was close to $3900 return. They triple checked and said it was the correct amount. II usuall get around $1400 back and i've had the same job for 12 years. After I paid and left the store they called me back saying they once again made a error on my return and the refund would change from $3900 to around $1900. I'm glad they caught the mistake before they filed this year. 1 star never go to this place . 3 employees went through my taxes and still messed up. They don't take the time to carefully read and enter information.

This was such a smooth process! Getting my taxes done can be overwhelming, but Julie made it really easy and explained everything well. She was friendly and quick. Definitely recommending my extended family to come get theirs done here too.

Normally I would be a Turbotax filer however this year I couldn't be bothered. It did cost me a few bucks more but when you actually get to enjoy your weekend stress free it is well worth having a professional do it for you.

Most horrendously over priced tax return I've ever had. Highly suggest going elsewhere. *Edit to response from owner. If I was given x2 discounts and still paid that much that just makes it so much worse.

No customer service at all and very pricey! The front desk lady looks ignorant. There is $20 off discount for the first visit. Even though she knew I am the first time to this place, she didn't give me that discount until I pointed it out.

I would highly recommend Liberty Tax, this location. The receptionist was kind and courteous, very bubbly & friendly. I saw Lilianna, who did my taxes. She was simply amazing. She explained the whole process of how my taxes were filed in a courteous manner. Very professional. I went in as a walk in, I was in and out within half an hour, taxes done & filed. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks ladies!

Hi everyone please don't use their services. I went to do my taxes with my wife. I left only 1 T4 each of us on Saturday after a week I went and they can't find my papers. So I wait for 30 min. They finally found it. So they told me that they will call me . Nothing happens no call at all. So next Saturday I went and nobody touch my paperwork. I was really upset they told that will be ready in 30 min. So I went meanwhile for some shopping. So I pay their fee . But when I check the paperwork had mistakes. Again they told me that they will call me. So next Wednesday finally call me that my paperwork were ready. This is worst place to do your any accounting services. They are careless.

Called their number, was immediately out 'on hold' for five minutes, though they merely put down the receiver so I could hear them talking the whole time. Finally they needed the phone line so I heard someone say to get rid of me. They asked me to call back later and hung up on me. I will not be calling back later.
