A brief but important note about Eclipse Financial. I've not had a Benefits Package from an employer for years because I've been self-employed up until the past year and a half... I'm a Life Insurance Agent. Eclipse is my company's Benefits Provider, and my experience of their services has been nothing short of excellent, customer service exemplary, and services provided as/when promised. In particular, Natalie Duncan helped me through my "early days" of fumbling around regarding submitting any claims that I could not do "on the spot" at various appointments. She's been hands on, helpful and has walked me through things easily to make sure that I get all of my benefits. It's been a pleasure dealing with Eclipse. One more note, my colleagues feel the same--especially the man who handles everything related to our Benefits Package at work. He extolls Eclipse's virtues regularly. So that's it for now.
