Booked through their online option for a vehicle rental from the airport in Inuvik 4 weeks prior to travel. Called to double check the reservation and they couldn’t find my name in the system. Turns out their online option isn’t reliable now I am travelling to Inuvik and have no option for a rental vehicle because of their poor online booking service. If you want to book a rental your probably better off calling weeks in advance.
