I have a loan with you people....and I was contacted last week on Monday October 17th letting me know I was being offered an increase....so I went in on October 19th and applied for an increase. Something went wrong with the computer system while I was in there....and there was an error when they were processing my loan....so my loan had to be escalated....I have been waiting for a week now...and there is no status on my loan....called today to be told they will escalate it again. I was also told on October 19th after I called them back to see if they had the error fixed....I was informed it could take 24-48 business hours....Never heard of that before...it's usually 1-3 business days...and it's been well over that....the only reason I applied for an increase is it would help with getting my grandchildren home from newfoundland...don't know how much longer this needs to take....not a happy customer at all.

My experience was with Jessica and I must say that the service received was exceptional! If we came across a problem , she always came back with a solution until we ended up with the right product for our situation. The service was fast, effective, professional all while being treated with respect! I would highly recommend this company and if possible ask for Jessica! There has always been a stigma around companies that may charge a little higher interest, companies like that are needed because banks can’t always get you approved or get you approved fast. I found the options given and the product offered were very reasonable. I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be going back if ever it’s needed!

Very helpful/friendly staff! Sherry is an absolute gem! Always able to help me when I'm stuck in a jam. One time I was admitted to the hospital (crohn's disease) was unable to work or make payments and she removed my penalties for not making payments and waited till I was back to full health before restarting payments.
