There's no quick service here.... NEVER! its it's ALWAYS one or two tellers behind the counter while there's a line up all the way into the mall.... the wait time is ridiculous!

I closed for info on what can I do to get a new card because iblosts mine and I specifically told them that I don't want to cancel my card because I am using it in my app to by food tonight and the cancels it anyway

Not specifically this branch, but the bank as a whole. Employees are friendly but not informative. No one has answers, so they just send you wherever they can to get rid of you. Don’t waste your money and time there. I personally had WAY better customer service at TD and RBC.
