I would like to offer Lucus ( Service Reprentative with the Lynnwood Branch) a high five for going well beyond my expectations as a long term BMO customer. This young fellow is the one of the brightest stars that I have encountered in the service industry in a long while. Please ignore the one review as clearly that person has no patience. The service here is very professional and is one of the nicest banks to walk into in Gan. Mind you yes sometimes there is a line and they sometimes struggle but that happens with every bank.

One of the best branch i ever been, super friendly stuff and financial advisors. We had some situation have to deal with, and the other BMO branch's were not helping at all so we have to take our chance at the second closest branch here. The front lady help us out and the Personal Banker Hugh Zhang were absolutely helpful and professional. I certainly believe this branch should be awarded as the best BMO branch from all my banking experience, the stuff actually care about their client's situation and willing to resolve the banking problem for them. Thanks again Hugh and this will definitely be our future go to branch even we need to drive extra 15 mins!

This bank breached my privacy after making a huge error on their end. They cut off my bank card without contacting me so I was forced to go into the branch to get a new bank card. Then after expressing my concern for having been out of province and no access to funds, took it upon themselves to call my place of employment, because I am DND and report my behaviour, for their ignorance. Highly do not recommend this bank or branch specifically.

This BMO has been my home branch since I moved to Deep River in the 1990's. The staff at this branch have always acted with professionalism, friendliness and have always been able to assist me thoroughly. Most recently I had to conduct some banking business which with some other banking organizations would have been outright stressful - but not with these folks! Many thanks to the tellers for being very informative and the management for accommodating a meeting within a very short time-frame. In particular thanks to Christina Rochon for going above & beyond - outstanding work! 10/10

From my experience, It's actually a fine bank. The customer service is always top notch. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer Air Miles on certain bank accounts and credit cards and their bank machines are up to date and envelope free so there is no placing a hold on your cash deposits.

Someone needs to teach the "assistant manager" what an invasion of privacy is EDIT: Since you've replied... I spoke with your senior vice president for the Alberta region. He told me he could not help me at all, but when I spoke to your loss prevention team, they did provide me some help. It shows he doesn't care or he would have given me similar advice or pointed me into a similar direction. In the end I am treated like a scammer by the bank although I am an honest human being. It's clear where the bank's priorities are, and the needs of your clients are not a priority to the bank's executives.

Trying to simply add a name to an existing bank account. You would think this would be as simple as visiting the customer service desk, however had to book an appointment for 3 hours later to add name. Would like to call branch manager to complain, however BMO does not publish names of managers for their respective branches on their website. Tried to call branch numerous times, however it appears that nobody is answering phone calls at the branch. Voicemail indicating that they will attempt to return phone calls by end of business day. Called customer service call centre where attendant transferred call to branch manager's extension. Branch manager's voicemail indicated that he is out of the office until August 21 (today), but yet to be updated to indicate whether manager is in today. Called back to branch and tried every employee listed in staff directory with not a single employee answering. Would recommend that if you want a bank offering any level of customer service, that you look elsewhere.

I had a meeting with Xiao (Angela) regarding an investment plan and she was absolutely amazing. She walked me through all of my options in great detail and with genuine patience. She was extremely knowledgeable and immediately earned my trust. It was clear that she cared about my financial success. We’ve been dealing with BMO for years now and have found all of your staff to be very up to date and helpful. With that being said there is one of your staff members that stands out. His name is Lukas Gibson and he is absolutely outstanding in your customer service. As we’ve had in the past couple months a few banking issues and he has taken time out of his day to make sure that things were straightened out and we were taken care of. He goes over and above and is willing to go the extra mile to make us feel totally taken care. We would like you to please recognize that he is an asset to your company and customers and in our opinion he should be in training for bank manager. Thanks again for everything.
