Staff is friendly, place is clean. You can walk in but some things require an appointment. Sanitizer at the door and mask is required as of Feb/21. Staff are efficient and knowledgeable they get you out as soon as possible.

I have been to this particular office many times. I am always treated in a timely and respectable fashion. One of the agents named, Fran was recently very helpful and informative about the laws of selling a vehicle privately in BC. Fran also answered all my questions and provided with detailed examples. Fran has also given me countless quotes for me and my hubby while we shop for a "new to us" vehicle. She doesn't miss a beat and is always very pleasant too!

Over the past few months I have been dealing with Fran since we hit a deer on April 5th and she has been nothing short of amazing. It’s been a long drawn out process between ICBC trying to fix my vehicle and they ended up writing it off in the end. Right from the beginning she offered up so much information in regards to our Optiom replacement insurance and how it worked (much more informative than the advisor who sold us the policy in FSJ). Her communication and making sure everything was taken care of was exceptional. She even went in on her day off to process our new policy as we finally got our new vehicle today. Once going into the office myself became difficult, they have always come out to me in the parking lot after doing as much as they could over the phone. I have nothing but good things to say about this insurance branch and everyone that works there. In the past I've always dreaded going to do insurance. It's typically slow the workers are cranky and not really there for your best interest. This insurance agency is the complete opposite they do their best to be timely and friendly and really step up to go the extra mile. I rarely write reviews but these I can't say enough on how much they have went out of their ways to save me time money and frustration wtg definitely go visit them here

Went to KIS insurance and had exceptional customer service and the staff was helpful and friendly. Will not be returning to Western Financial.
