Horrible service was applying to get a small loan, all they did was jerk me around playing phone tag and never giving me a straight answer. It was a complete waste of time ...never again!!

I have called numerous times to get my name off of their mailing list. It looks highly impossible to get that done, as I have called like 5 times. I called the Lasalle Branch and the man tells me it takes about 3 months to be completely off the mailing list, and he gave me a number to call at the Customer Service, and this time I am told it takes one month. The most annoying part is they do not have a return address where the letter NEEDS to be sent back. Stupid and super annoying.

The agent that I was talking with was not informative, She said the interest is only 30% where in fact it adds up to a total of 78% interest rate. and I told here that I calculated the amount and told her that the interest is 78% and she said no its not. ***** STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSTITUTION ***** This must be one of the worst financial institutions you will ever deal with. After signing a 24 months payment plan with Ashley's Furniture, Fairstone decided to cancel my plan, turn my account into a credit card, and charge me interest 11 months into the deal. After speaking with a rep, she basically told me that we sent you a letter saying that we're changing the terms of the contract, and there is nothing that i can do. So now i have to pay extra $$$ that they just added to my account. Ya nice try but i will go to court over this if i have to.
