I would highly reccomend Michael to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a house. Michael's expertise goes a long ways, his 30 years experience is the foundation of everything he does. I have first hand experience dealing with Michael and from beginning to end, he was professional and there for every need. His wisdom and guidance was always there for me, at all times Michael was so easy to talk to. Most importantly his patience and understanding was always easily seen in all our conversations. This was a difficult sale for us as it was a waterfront summer cottage we built and lived in for 24 years with many family memories including our daughter's wedding.
