Bad employee blamed me for the mistakes on my account that another employee made, very rude attitude, mumbly voice was hard to understand. If there was a zero rating id give it that, go to another branch, not reccomended.

The line is a different story, and some customers just walk in F the line because she knows the person who works inside. Wow just wow. Can't wait to change my bank.

Ever since those Diamond Parking scammers have set up shop here and gave me a ticket while I was using the atm, I have stopped coming here. The security guard is nice though and I haven't interacted with the employees inside.

I wanted to transfer money to another bank and they wouldn't help me. They said that they don't have any tellers at that branch so they weren't even able to help with basic bank transactions and told me to go to another branch several kilometers away.

There are no tellers at this branch any longer, only Customer Sales Representatives who are there to sell you low performing mutual funds, or sign you up for a credit card. This is a glorified ATM. You can not do any real banking here that couldn't be done by 9nline banking.

They made it so difficult and complicated just to close down my account, asking for multiple identification and useless documents while giving such a rude attidude, where as i went to the branch in westhills and they gladly closed my account in 3 minutes and all i needed was my one ID. Dont go here trust me. Worst branch I've been to. Go somewhere friendly, its much worth your time.

Branch manager Sarah should be sacked or reprimanded for allowing tweakers to turn this into a hostel at night. Opens her doors and keeps the heat on at night but will not go to bat for the working class after changing the terms & conditions midway through a sign-up bonus. Having to trample over not one, not two but three people sprawled out on the floor is not a good look even for Preston and not something corporate wants to hear about.

My guy Noah is an absolute unit. I'm from Manitoba and my card got eaten by the atm and he went out of his way to get someone in there to get it back for me. Can't thank him enough!

This branch has moved to Renfrew Street, in the new complex. NO PARKING unless you want to pay to do your banking or circle around the block for 10 minutes, if you're even lucky enough to find something free on the street.. They don't even offer a few free CIBC customer parking spots. Will strongly consider changing my home branch.

The incompetence of the staff here is unbelievable. They can't think for themselves and pretend like they can do something and then tell you it turns out they can't do anything which results in just a giant waste of time. Even though I've been with CIBC for almost a decade the thought to switch to a different bank has now crossed my mind with how horrendous the service was.

I am not generally a fan of banks (I stick to Credit Unions) but I want to give kudos to the staff at this branch. They are helpful, friendly, cheerful, and very good with my mother who has some hearing and cognitive issues. I've never asked for something that they have been unable to do for us, and they meet our requests with a can-do attitude that gets the job done speedily. Thank-you.
