Worst service we have ever used. Not thorough. Uses old information as a basis for appraisals. Charges for it and the new property improvements are not even listed. Wrong comparisons used.

I had an issue with tru appraisals in regards to a no show. But the appraiser had an emergency situation. He called back the next day and apologized. Then did the appraisal; was thorough and professional. Thanks.
