Bad service of this bank. People have to wait a lot if they have appointments then still they have to wait.

When we call during hrs of operation no one answer. Branch manager returning the call that good point but after giving appointment doesn't show up front n we have wait that reduculus. Other staff peranting busy the no concern of customer.
