We had a great trip with Bob. Being on a zodiac made a big difference compared to a regular boat, you can get much closer to icebergs, cliff or wildlife. Also much faster, so you can cover more ground to find whales. Bob really went out of his way to find them. He also provided comfy full body suit as it gets windy with the speed of the boat.

Amazing experience! You get to see a lot of wales and Bob (the captain) takes a lot of time to show you everything. We were out for 3hours! Best decision I made so far in my holidays!

This tour went above and beyond all our expectations! And it's not our first whale watching tour. Whales swimming under the boat, spraying fountains and showing tales... Beautiful caves and birds on the cliffs... Thank you, Bob!

(Translated) Super zodiac tour where our guide took us to see an iceberg, turned around for a long time to see it from all angles. After we saw him crack, he even put his hands in the icy water to put a big piece for our photos. He then took us along the coast to see seabirds (puffins, cormorants ...) explaining everything we needed to know about them. We were only 2 but he still ensured our turn rather than shift to a schedule where he had more people. I highly recommend ! (Original) Super tour en zodiac où notre guide nous a emmenés voir un iceberg, a longuement tourné autour pour qu'on puisse le voir sous tous les angles. Après que nous l'ayons vu craquer, il a même mis ses mains dans l'eau glacée pour nous remonter un gros morceau pour nos photos. Il nous a ensuite emmenés le long des côtes pour voir des oiseaux marins (macareux, cormorans...) en nous expliquant tout ce qu'il fallait savoir sur eux. Nous n'étions que 2 mais il a tout de même assuré notre tour plutôt que de nous décaler à un horaire où il aurait eu plus de monde. Je recommande vivement !

We went out with Capt Bob just two days ago. The weather was great. He found a couple of humpback whales straight away and we watched them cruise the water and display some tails. Then on to an area where we saw puffins, common turres and murres, black guillemot and shearwaters. While cruising through the rocky coastal cliffs we were graced with the vision of two bald eagles. Next, we again went looking for whales and found a lone humpback who was breaching quite a ways out. He showed off for about 10 minutes with fin slapping for 6 minutes!!! It was a lovely day and the whale and seabird experience was to die for. Bob is a great Capt whose experience and kindness made the event memorable! Go on this 3 hour ride for your memorable experience!! ????????????????????????????????????♥️

Had a fantastic 3 hour outing with Bob, to see the 2 huge icebergs, bird life, and amazing rugged coastline of Bonavista. Highly recommend the zodiac experience to larger tour boats. Bob was a gracious tour guide - bent over backwards to make our trip full, and memorable. Great value for the money.

(Translated) Very nice zodiac tour! We were only two but the tour was still assured! The captain was nice and the discussion easy. We saw the coast, lots of seabirds and a big iceberg! We could turn around long minutes! No whales for us that day but we do not control nature. (Original) Tour en zodiac très agréable ! Nous n'étions que deux mais le tour a quand même été assuré ! Le capitaine était sympa et la discussion facile. Nous avons vu les côtes, beaucoup d'oiseaux marins et un gros iceberg ! Nous avons pu tourner autour de longues minutes ! Pas de baleines pour nous ce jour là mais on ne maîtrise pas la nature.

Absolutely stunning. Must do with the Zodiac! Bon can get maneuver the boat fast and better to show you amazing coves and get up close with the whales.

We enjoyed a private family tour with Bob yesterday. We had a great time exploring the old communities we used to visit as kids. We saw lots of eagles and Bob even found us a whale. I can't say enough about how good Bob is at what he does. He has a top notch boat and equipment to make you feel comfortable and safe on the water. We will be going back next summer to do the whale, iceberg, and puffin tour for sure. You can do a big boat run of the mill tour or you can book with Bob and get a personal up close adventure of your choice but as a traveler every now and then while traveling you have a once in a lifetime experience and Bob's tour is just that a once in a lifetime adventure. Thanks Bob for a great day.

Bob is a fantastic guide. His tours are great for locals and tourists. He has lots of information to share and his zodiac is able to zip into the spectacular sea caves that line the shore. I went out twice with him this year and wish I had gone more. Can't wait for next season.

Had an amazing time. Checked out two huge icebergs and saw a variety of whales. Captain Bob has a great understanding of the different whale species; how to recognize them, behaviour. The humpbacks were beautiful and interactive. The boat puts you so close to the water that you can watch the whales swimming under it. Tour groups are small, so book now!! It would have been more than worth it at twice the price.

A phenomenal experience with Bob the whale whisperer!! ???? A must tour if you are in Bonavista. He is knowledgable and friendly and never failed to deliver something that made me say WOW, making it a most enjoyable trip.???? We saw humpbacks Minkes dolphins puffins and the coastline is spectacular! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow...going out by zodiac is perfect to see an 80' tall iceburg and humpbacks. Bob went out of his way to show us this manificent iceburg today and by chance we saw 2 humpbacks...mom and calf! I can hear her blowhole and smell the sea...book with Bob...great guy!

Bob was AMAZING! We decided to take this tour very last minute on the recommendations of a few locals and we are so happy we did. He was able to get us on the next tour which left about an hour after we called. We saw tons of humpbacks (even a baby one! ) and puffins. As well we saw an eagle and a shark. Plus Bob took us out to Spillars Cove to explored the rock formations and caves! Jaw dropping! ????????????

Bob gave us the experience of a lifetime. We saw so many whales and a stunning iceberg. I would highly recommend this tour. Going in the zodiac is a much more intimate experience than a larger boat.
