These crooks took my parents for a ride. DO NOT use this business. They are hard to get ahold of after the first year. They did a sloppy job, an ended up having to pay fees for late filing.

Well even though things went badly for awhile being transferred from rep to rep eventually you came through with helping file my income tax. You also corrected the issue of being sent to rep to rep and your manager took the time to explain the details of what went wrong. So I am glad FBC is company took the responsibility to repair the business relationship we have.
