I requested to cancel my policy. Their reps informed me that it’s canceled. After 4 months, I got a bill that Sun Life charged me for the 4 months. They lied about the cancellation and I had to pay the fifth month in order to stop my insurance. This company is Dishonest, a Scammer and their staff lies.

User friendly website and mobile app. Unbelievable quick in direct deposits after a eClaim. Submitted claim online in the evening and next day amount was already deposited in my account.
