Being that this was our first time dealing with anything like this, we appreciated that Remi took the time to make sure we properly understood everything. He did all that he could to get us approved very quickly as well. As if we weren't already pleased with his service, he went above and beyond to help us with an issue we were having with our lawyer. He took the extra time--while on VACATION(!!!) to track the right people down to get us the answers we were needing and, again, all in a very timely (and professional) manner.
