I went in to TD. I approached the area where you line up and I was told by the front employee to stand in a different area which I was not familiar with. I was confused. There was some confusion because there is a walk-in area that I usually go to this time it was different. They set up a new area for where you stand, there is no arrows, no instructions, I had to be instructed by an employee up front where to stand. What I want to say is that if change happens to where you need to go somewhere else there should be some Direction and if it was my friend in my place he would have been humiliated being instructed in front of everybody that what he was doing was wrong. I was upset by the lack of instructions from the management. I thought it was ridiculous and therefore I said it was ridiculous. The manager does say well we do everything we can. That was not true. For future customers that come into this establishment they need to be instructed with what is to be done and where to go and there was no Direction. So I hope this manager in the future comes to realize that she had the power to do something. And hopefully with every customer that comes through that door there is easy instructions and that they will be aware of what to do. So I say to the manager please do better at your job
