I have enjoyed my experiences with IG group in Moncton. I have been a client for many years and they have always been upfront and clear about their products and market expectations. They are as hands on or hands off as you want them to be. I have never felt they have been pushy with their 'products' and services and seem to truly believe that the best way to maintain your business is for you be content and know that your money is working for you and not just working for them.

I'm sure they would be very helpful if they returned emails, answered the phone or returned calls in a timely manner. Only time I have spoken with someone was when the secretary physically walked to an advisor to make sure he would answer. Perhaps I just caught a bad couple of weeks.
