Your call center is a disgrace to the business world. It took me 15 minutes to try and get a hold of the branch,then the answering machine hing up on me. I am going to stop doing business with Scotia bank strictly based on this.

Scotiabank takes your safety seriously, and that means they'll keep your money safe as well. At this location, the social distancing markers on the floor are actually spaced 2 metres apart, unlike the measurement failures you'll see at most locations. Masks are required inside the branch, following government policy; and if you go in without a mask, you'll be asked to put one on. Because I can trust them with my health, I can trust them with my money. On top of all of the above, the staff are super friendly as well.
