Kyle at H&R Block in beautiful Bathurst, New Brunswick is my tax expert - and he should be yours. Professional, courteous and always calm and patient, he explains every deduction, every tax credit, and puts us instantly at ease. We don't always have all the documents we need on the first visit but it never seems faze him in the slightest. He works on what he can, lets us know when and how we can bring the remaining documents in, and keeps the ship steady until everything is ready to go. I would recommend Kyle without hesitation to anyone in the region looking to have their tax return prepared.

I never actually got to sit down with someone and talk about my taxes even a month and a half before taxes were due. When I asked if moving expenses were covered because I moved from home 500km away to get a job they said no and tried to rush me... after further investigation on the CRA website all the things I asked about could have been covered. Clear view accounting got me reimbursed the next year. They don't really go above and beyond for tax season just bare minimum or below.

Thanks to them my name to the government is "brittanay" and now I owe them money that I got back because of it being incorrect. Also I'm being charged 100 dollars for something I have no idea about for the government because they stated I lived in Alberta at the end of last year when I didn't. Waste of time, I owe more than I recieved because of them!

I have never had worse customer service in my life. They did not ask me one single question about anything pertaining my taxes whatsoever. I am so unimpressed and quite frankly I am very upset. I not somehow owe $1300 because of the countless errors made by their employees. No care for their clients at all. Costs an arm and a leg for them to even do your taxes, and they don't even do them properly. I would not recommend anyone even consider using this establishment unless they enjoy paying a bunch of money just to have to pay more money.

H&R Block in Bathurst, NB is the worse place to go, I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block for 10 plus yrs and always sold my taxes, today I go do my taxes and have money coming back to me ( like every year ) but they refused to let me sell my tax return, they bluntly told I was Insolvent because I did bankruptcy in early 2000 and that made me high risk. Then on top of it all they charged me $160.33 to do my taxes. Well these idiots got reported to there head office and CRA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO THERE !!!
