We left our business taxes there after agreeing upon a date of which they would be completed by. This was a slight rush, but they told us no problem. I should mention that our taxes were organized in a spreadsheet with all our receipts located in a binder. After a month and a half of zero communication and repeated promises of call backs and/or no response to emails, we went in person to confront them (not Karen-y) where they gave us vague responses. The reality was they had never even touched our business taxes and we were extremely disappointed. They handed our documents back and we took them to a better and more professional place where they were done in less than a week! Wish I could give this business zero stars!
