Andrea helped us get our first mortgage, and then when it came time to get a new mortgage on a new house she was there to go through all of the different options for bridge financing or adjusting mortgage amounts to fit within our limits. She really had to work for the second one - it took a lot of back-and-forth on the lending side and she handled it all without us having to put in much effort. Andrea is really friendly, easy to talk to, and responsive via phone, text, and email. Back in the good old days when we had in-person meetings, those were easy to arrange too! By going with a mortgage broker I felt we got the best rate available and we had so many more options for lenders that we were able to find one that would finance our particular situation. Using a mortgage broker didn't cost us anything (fees get paid by the mortgage company) and I can't think of any reason not to use a mortgage broker. I would definitely recommend Andrea!
