I cannot say enough about how well I was treated by the person who answered my phone call (Lulu McKay) Lulu was amazing in how she confidently sussed out and directed me on what I need to do from the financial side. She was/is also excellent on the human side. (Alleviated a lot of stress) I would recommend anyone to MNP when I know the introduction to there services will be with Lulu. I had my life basically financially ruined in 2012 and the stress of dealing with the process was too much to handle. But then I spoke with the staff at the Mnp office in Red Deer Alberta and they took all the stress and fear out of the process for me and walk me through the process step by step and now I'm at the end of my insolvency and I have a fresh start I can't thank them enough.
