I find it interesting that we can receive two of these but cannot receive the documents we requested over a week ago to withdraw funds from our accounts. How about some service and less info that is available all over the net. Since my earlier response CH Financial has responded not only with the documents that were slow in coming but by improving the quality and speed of their dealings with me. They have returned to being the professional organization I had come to expect from my previous dealings. Well done, and thanks for making the added effort.
