I had a client from the city here to pick up his brand new Wrangler Sahara today (Saturday) but despite several conversations, and confirmations with his previous (now former) insurance agent, proof of insurance was not received... therefore the vehicle could not be released... my client was deflated, upset, disappointed and was going to have to take Monday off work to stay to get insurance on Monday because nobody at his broker or insurance agent could do anything on a Saturday.
